Day 7 – 7 Days to CRUSH Your Limiting Belief
I hope by now you’ve:
- Identified a limiting belief that you have.
- Understood how this belief has impacted your choices.
- Learned that this belief is NOT A FACT.
- Started to re-write the script in your head to empower you rather than limit you.
This isn’t easy. Like I’ve said you’ve lived with this belief for so long it feels like reality. It takes consistent reinforcement to understand that you no longer have to live with this belief!
